Employment:
Full Time
- Pre Contract Documentation including Cost Estimates, Cost Plans, Tender Documents, BOQ, Tender Analysis an negotiations.
- Post Contract services including evaluation of interim payments, preparation of tender packages for provisional sums, evaluation of contractor\'s variations, and other commercial issues.
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor in Civil Engineering
Nature and length of previous experience: Min:10 Years experience with consultant firm
Specialist knowledge: Knowledge of UAE Contractual documents.
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good command of written & spoken English
Age Range: : Min:32 & Max: 55
Language Fluency: English
