Job description / Role
Senior Quantity Surveyor with UAE and UK experience is essential.

To this end, we need a highly talented individual to join our team based in Dubai as follows.
Reporting to the Contracts/Commercial Manager, essentially there are five specific areas you will be responsible for assisting with, namely, Process Management, Contract management, Budget Management, Contract Award Process and Document Management.
Requirements
- You must have high rise residential experience and be based in Dubai. You must also have experience of working in the UK as many of the clients you will be dealing with are based there.
- Degree qualified.
- Associate membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- At least seven years quantity surveying, tendering and contracts experience
