Job description / Role
My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in the Fit Out market.
The successful candidate should have worked on high value projects such as hotel, restaurant or airport fit outs and be comfortable reporting in to management.
The successful candidate will work closely with the current Commercial Manager and will oversee a variety of projects.
Requirements
- Experience with hotel, restaurant and airport projects in the fit out market.
- Experience in the UAE market is required.
- Previous experience overseeing a team would be preferable.
- Good communication skills required.
