Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Project – Finland
Role:
Major International Contracting company originally from the UK is expanded their European operations into Finland
They have a strong reputation for delivering high end and high spec projects in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia and have a strong order book with blue chip clients.
The project in Finland is a major refurbishment scheme for a prestigious client
The role is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for the Cost Management from inception to completion.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Must have worked in Europe previously ideally in the UK or Ireland with a blue chip contractor previously.
Must have been responsible for cost either on a package of works valued between £20 -30million or a single project valued at least £20million
Project experience must include building and refurbishment works.
Qualified to at least degree level or equivalent with a stable track record.
