Senior Quantity Surveyor - Jeddah, KSA
Our client is one of the largest and most revered British building and civils contractors operating internationally. They have several high profile projects world-wide and are even now expanding their international presence, utilising their reputation and experience in quality flagship projects to make an impact globally.
They presently have an urgent need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, to be based in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia to manage the post-contract commercial aspect of a high profile design and build project as well as other projects in and around the Jeddah area. A high level of knowledge and experience is required with a specific focus being on projects in the region. The company will offer a competitive salary and a long term position.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 10 years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role. It is essential that you have experience with major construction contracting companies in the Middle East.
Requirements
- Experience working in the Middle East for a major contractor
- A minimum of 10 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Lead SQS experience important
- Degree qualification
- Single or married status (family status possible)
- Must be available to start immediately
