Senior Quantity Surveyor

Duties & Responsibilities
We are urgently looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a team and work on a project in Qatar.
You will be providing assistance to the team during negotiations, arbitration, or any other forms of dispute resolution.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience
You will have:
• A degree in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS
• minimum experience 15 years’ in dealing with major highway construction projects
• experience in claims/arbitration procedures and methods are a requirement
• experience in the planning of major projects with particular emphasis on the utilization of computer programs such as Primavera or equally capable program for the planning and tracking of similar projects is a requirement
• computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential
