We are hiring for Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a prestigious Airport project in Doha, Qatar for a leading Cost Consultancy.

- Assist in preparation of tender documentation and tender analysis for consultants or contractors
- Assist in selecting, negotiating and forming contracts
- Good knowledge of FIDIC and other forms of contract
- Change management, provision of estimates and overall budget control
- Post contract administration services of consultants and contractors
- Review of variations, claims, quantum and provision of contractual advice
- Review of valuations in a timely order

Requirements

- A degree in Quantity Surveying
- Professional Qualification e.g.MRICS or equivalent
- Experience in Airport projects an advantage
- 5 years post- graduate experience
- Have Cost consultancy experience.
