Job description / Role
A major player in the Qatar construction industry are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors for both mega build and infrastructure projects in Doha. This company have won many high profile projects in the region and are looking for proven Quantity Surveyors to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to take the next step in their career and work for an established consultant in the Middle East on various exciting projects.
Previous experience delivering on major projects is an absolute must as well as a solid background with international consultants and a degree from a reputable university. A well rounded body of experience in terms of pre and post contract experience is also essential.
You will be a team player with the ability to manage others, be an exceptional multi-tasker and have natural time management skills. You must be able to use your own initiative and be fluent in written and spoken English.
Requirements
* Only a degree in Quantity Surveying is acceptable
* Professionally qualified by RICS
* 15+ of post graduate experience
* Major project experience with international consulting companies
* Solid background in either builds or infrastructure
* Stadium experience is desirable
* Pre and Post contract cost management experience
* Stable track Record
* Exceptional written and spoken English
