Job description / Role
We urgently require a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in interior Fit-Out
Requirements
Candidate must have minimum 8 years experience as a QS and minimum 3 years experience in the UAE
Must be Degree qualified (Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar) and have proven experience in a Senior QS role
Must have managed a team of quantity surveyors for large scale commercial, residential and hospitality projects to the value of AED 50 million
Will be required to take the project from inception to final account reportint to the commercial director.
