Senior Quantity Surveyor/Contract Admin - O&G/Heavy Civils

Job description / Role

This international contractor require a Contracts Administrator to work on a large refinery project in the Eastern province of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for

Preparation of monthly reports on the Project commercial/contract position including CVR's
Procurement and Subcontract formation / negotiation
Subcontract Administration
Main Contract Administration
Variation - Identification / Pursuit / Negotiation
Claim - Protecting the company's interest under the contract by identifying opportunities pro-actively ensuring compliance with contract claim requirements.
Protecting the company against claims from subcontractors
Managing a project commercial/contracts team to ensure the above goals are achieved in accordance with project & programme requirements

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:
BSc/HND Quantity Surveying
Proven track record of working on large civil projects : Roads, Bridges, Railway, Airports etc. Experience in petrochemical or petrochemical-related projects would be an advantage.
A track record /willingness to work in a remote location
