The Role


The Role

The RNP&O Engineer is responsible for the following activities:
1. The main responsibility as Radio NW Consultant is to complete services solution to meet customers business needs. It includes all Radio NW aspects from beginning to end, Radio NW Planning and Radio NW Optimization.
2. Responsible for providing Business development and Sales Support within area of expertise.
3. Responsible for designing radio network for GSM and WCDMA and Providing the solution of radio network optimization and performance improvement, and guiding the implement.

Requirements


Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science. At least 5 year experience in telecommunications industry
2. GSM/WCDMA Radio Knowledge (Radio Propagation, Radio Characteristics, Cellular NW principle, Interference, Traffic estimation)
3. Performance Analysis (Air Interface Protocol analysis, Voice, CS, PS analysis)
4. Excellent English skill both oral and writing ability is mandatory.
5. Good adaptability and quick learner of new technical knowledge is essential.
6. Strong IT/IP knowledge is much more preferred.
7. Good communication skills with ability to work in multi-ethnical environment.
8. Broad knowledge within the field of radio communication systems
9. Willing to travel for short or long assignments, willing to work hard for the company and personal development
10. The person of who had experience of Huawei and other telecom vendor is priority.
