Job description / Role
A leading law firm in Dubai is looking for a 'Senior Real Estate & Property Lawyer'. The ideal candidate will be strong in business development and able to bring in their own client base who has the ability to build their own team (if need arises).
The successful candidate should be an expert in handling complex real estate transactions and their practice will focus on the area of commercial real estate, including but not limited to, retail and commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions and the property components of mergers and acquisitions.
The ideal candidate will have 9-11 yrs PQE and previously worked at a law firm.

Previous experience in real estate transactions, retail and commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions and the property components of Mergers & Acquisitions.
