Charterhouse is working with a multinational supplier who is highly renowned in their industry. Our client is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their growing team. As the Senior Recruiter you will report to the HR Manager and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Your main responsibilities will comprise preparing reports and database updates including KPI analysis as well as implementing policies, procedures and processes. You will provide assistance to internship and global trainee programs whilst interviewing and screening candidates for relevant roles. You will also suggest and evaluate service suppliers and liaise with employees at all levels across the regions. Due to the nature of this role you will be required to travel enabling you to build a strong network.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. You should be an Arab national with excellent communication and analytical skills. You should also have a strong interviewing technique, be highly organised and be a driven and dynamic individual.
