Currie & Brown is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support the Middle East Region, based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have managed full-cycle in-house recruitment for a cost management consultancy company within the construction industry or specialised in this field within a recruitment agency. The person should be highly experienced in head hunting, sourcing, selecting, negotiating and recruiting outstanding technical and non-technical candidates.

Responsibilities:
- To remain compliant at all times with our internal recruitment policy and procedures
- Prioritising and understanding recruitment needs for the Middle East Region
- Liaising with hiring managers, understanding their technical and criteria requirements to successfully find the right people for the job
- Partnering with hiring manager and seeking appropriate levels of approval from senior management throughout the recruitment process
- Responsible for evaluating skill levels and sourcing appropriate candidates through internal database searches, staff referrals, job postings, social media networking, selected recruitment agencies etc
- Maintaining internal candidate database including running regular candidate status updates
- Preparing and posting adverts, managing response and marketing statistics
- Main point of contact working with our preferred list of recruitment agency providers
- Managing candidate progress and liaising direct with candidate to provide relevant feedback and updates
- Negotiating and proceeding to issue of offers, including obtaining reference checks, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/decline reporting
- Working within a team environment, reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager

Requirements

- 3-5+ years recruiting experience, with a proven track record as a successful recruiter
- Experience in recruiting internally for a cost management consulting company within the construction industry, understanding quantity surveying jargon with knowledge of all or some of the following sectors; infrastructure, commercial, hotel & leisure, rail & transport, education, healthcare, oil & gas, airport
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- Ability to demonstrate efficiency, excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to understand company needs, prioritize workload and work under pressure
- Demonstrate professional integrity, discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages
- Must be a native English speaker and preference given to those immediately available

Salary 18,000-20,000 AED
