Job description / Role

In reflecting our continuing regional expansion and growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Senior Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team in Qatar. The successful candidate will provide a hands-on, proactive resourcing and recruitment advisory service to our professional multi-disciplined internal clients.

Requirements

Preference will be given to those qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
- Independently managing the recruitment process, from the initial requisition to candidate commencement, ensuring professional candidate management throughout all stages.
- Proven ability to forge strong relationships with both active and passive candidates at all levels within the local and international market utilizing a variety of methods such as advertising, networking, and database searches.
- Exceptional internal and external client management skills.
- Working effectively in a team environment. Leading and motivating a small team, with the ability to prioritize work to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of recruitment trends and industry specific developments within the architectural, engineering and construction sectors, specifically within the Gulf Region and also internationally.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in the recruitment of multi-disciplined industry professionals at all levels. Exposure to an Architectural, Engineering or Construction Consultancy environment in the Gulf Region would be beneficial.

- Candidates are required to possess a Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline. Additionally, recognised Recruitment Industry qualifications would be highly regarded.
