Senior Recruiter/Recruitment Manager - Global Brand

Job description / Role

My client is a global well known brand, viewed as a leader within the sector in which they operate in. Mackenzie Jones are working exclusively with this client and looking for an exceptional Senior Recruiter/Recruitment Manager to join the business in Dubai.

The Role

The main responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter will include:

- Developing, implementing and executing recruiting and sourcing programs with a focus on direct, but indirect when appropriate.
- Management of recruitment agencies to ensure high quality candidate experience and sourcing execution.
- Partner with the agreed business unit leaders to drive recruitment efficiency.
- Interviewing and screening applicants in person.
- Managing and maintaining communication with hiring managers and business unit leaders to ensure continuity.
- Managing the day to day recruitment process in a timely fashion to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Roll-out interview skills training as required.
- Analysing data on assigned projects where appropriate.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have the following to be considered for this role:

- 10-12 years + recruitment experience gained from both in-house and agency - essential.
- Recruitment experience must have covered the MENA region - essential.
- Must have worked in a Multinational, Global company ideally within the consumer sector - essential.
- Managed a team of recruiters - essential.
- Have the gravitas and confidence when working with senior business stakeholders - essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills - essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - essential.
