Job description / Role
Allen & York are the leading provider of recruitment services in the Environmental, Health & Safety, Energy & Power sectors. As part of our growth strategy we are looking to add an experienced Recruiter to our Middle East business and assume responsibility for our Energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identification and development of further clients in order to win sufficient quantity and quality of vacancies and assignments to meet or exceed revenue targets.
2. Pro-actively develop and strengthen existing client relationships to obtain new business. Closely collaborating with existing team members and colleagues to capitalise upon crossover clients.
3. Develop influential relationships and network of contacts throughout the Middle East Energy markets to continually promote Allen & York as the recognised industry leader.
4. Candidate identification and development in order to effectively match them to clients vacancies.
5. Promote full range of recruitment services with your specialist group against agreed targets.
6. Effectively negotiate with clients to secure favourable fees in line with standard Terms and Conditions.
Requirements
Application Criteria
1. An absolute minimum of 2 years experience working for an Executive Search or Recruitment supplier.
2. Experience of working in the Middle East with a broad range of clients.
3. Knowledge and practical application in management of the full recruitment life-cycle.
4. Fluent in English (Arabic beneficial but not essential).
5. Mature & measured attitude - ability to engage with senior management & directors in a comprehensive & competent style that fits with Allen & York organisational culture.
