Responsibilities:
Managing recruitment processes from initial interview to the offer stage with full responsibility for candidate and client requirements.
Exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
Developing a network of candidates and being able to identify their requirements to match the clients needs.

Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience Required
A minimum of 3 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the UAE or GCC region.
Proven ability to exceed targets.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop long lasting business relationships with clients and candidates.
Effective networking skills.
Education
Bachelors Degree - candidates without a degree will not be considered.
Candidate Profile
Smart professional appearance.
Excellent time management, presentation and organisational skills.
Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
UAE driving license would be an advantage.
