Job description / Role
Our company, the worlds leading provider of HR solutions, is now searching for Senior Recruitment Consultants, in UAE (Dubai) or Qatar (Doha) offices.
In a highly motivated environment we are looking to hire energetic professional with sales profile and comfortable to pursue and achieve targets.
Main responsibilities:
- Attract new clients for recruitment projects
- Identify the right candidates for open positions
- Build and maintain databases for candidates and clients
- Provide information for the market in their area of responsibility
- Provide accurate information & figures in reports to the management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within Recruitment
- Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance or relevant area, preferably
- PC literacy
- Client orientation and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to results and teamwork spirit
- Excellent sales and presentations skills
- Hunting attitude
The right candidate will be based either in UAE (Dubai) or Qatar (Doha) enjoying the dynamic environment of Middle East and a tax-free remuneration package.
