Senior Recruitment Manager
Doha - Qatar
To lead a team of in house recruitment professionals to successfully meet a major Construction Companies recruitment requirements. The role will involve structuring the department, applying best recruitment practices and using all methods to source high calibre professionals whilst working to a budget.
Requirements
- Previous Middle East Experience
- Extensive Recruitment experience both internal and agency recruitment
- Proven track record of managing the recruitment function for a large organisation
- Excellent team manager
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interview and assess applicants
- Strong preference for Arabic speaker
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 15 years of recruitment experience of which at least the last 3 years should have been in the Middle East. Experience should include both agency and in house recruitment skills.
