The Role


Researches and analyzes recruitment opportunities and resources
Providing a recruitment plan for areas of responsibility
Providing interview with candidates by phone and face to face in accordance with company policy
Effectively screens applicants, selects best qualified and presents to hiring manager a short list
Provide effective advertising strategies in accordance with guidelines set by the recruitment
Manage contracts with recruitment agencies (cost control, invoices, meetings and etc.)

Collaborates with hiring managers in advance of open positions to understand staffing needs and develop effective, ongoing recruitment strategies
Effective communicate and coordinate interview with line manager and participate recruiter on technical interview
Planning Recruitment activities for the month based on staffing requests
Preparing monthly recruitment report to HR Head

Education: Higher education
English: Fluent
Arabic: Mother tongue
Experience: More than 5 years experience in recruitment
Ready for business trips to Iraq.
Motivated
Good communication skills
