Senior Recruitment Relationship Manager (Banking / Insurance)

Job description / Role

The main objective of the role is to develop strong Recruitment relationships with the business which builds confidence and trust. Build positive and credible Recruitment relationships with internal client and candidates to maintain a positive reputation as individual, team and organization.
To work with senior management in aligning recruitment strategy and processes much more closely with what the business needs. The role should be critical linkages between Recruitment function, its deliverables and business.
Provide technical / professional advice and assistance to the Hiring Managers regarding the established recruitment process and the approved Annual Manpower Forecast.
Build and maintain strong working recruitment relationship with the stakeholders
Analyze management information together with Recruiters to demonstrate progress and delivery and work with the business to understand their recruitment needs and plans. Use this information to inform future recruitment strategies and improvement activities together with Recruitment team.
Heavily involved in recruiting the key and senior talents (Grade 5) for the internal client and works closely with hiring managers to raise the benchmark of quality entering the organization.
Make recommendation in senior hiring (Grade 5) which includes salary offer and assessment.
Work with the management to translate manpower plans by function and by location. Work with Recruitment team to translate those plans into execution whilst understanding drivers and requirements, market conditions and competitor analysis.
Advise and train Hiring Managers on Targeted Selection Recruitment processes and procedures, best practices, selection process, and interview techniques..
Identify recruitment challenges faced by internal clients to provide solutions in a cost effective and timely manner.

Requirements

Tertiary Degree in a Human resources field. (Arabic Speaking Male)
Minimum of 8 years proven in-house recruitment experience within a large complex organization.
Proven experience of sourcing candidates through a variety of channels (e.g. direct sourcing, networking, agencies or advertising) in a cost efficient manner.
Willing to travel on a frequent basis (Oman, Qatar Bahrain, UAE, and KSA)
Strong in Recruitment of Senior management roles and above
An excellent knowledge of Insurance/banking Recruitment & Selection policy and procedure and understanding of different selection and assessment tools / techniques and how and when to use them.
Proven experience in hiring in multiple countries and functions in Gulf countries including KSA.
Specific experience of recruiting Senior Sales and Technical Profiles.
An expert knowledge of the Targeted Selection Behavioral Dimensions Interview Process.
Understanding of the internal and external recruitment market.
Understanding of the Gulf legislative requirements that impact on recruitment.
