Job description / Role
My client, a Qatar based bank is looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
• Follow up and coordinate with various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires.
• Suggest appropriate media for approaching the right calibre candidates.
• Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
• Generate periodic reports for recruitment & staffing management for recruitment updates.
• Execute prescreening or final phone/face to face interviews for various junior & mid- level posts.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field in a financial institution in the GCC, with a proven track record of success.
• Familiar with laws and regulations related to employment and equal opportunities.
• Good knowledge of the local employment market and community resources.
• Excellent PC skills and fluency in English as well as Arabic.
