Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Management Consultant (MCs):
Liaise with Affairs leaders to understand their business priorities and requirements and ensure that Management Consulting are delivering solutions that will tackle these problems and issues.
Manage and evaluate MCs technical proposed solutions and provide advice and guidance to ensure that these solutions address affairs needs and are executed according to the quality and plan.
Revise and approve MCs annual Service Delivery Plans (SDPs) to ensure that these plans are achieving the contractual scope and intended intention of the contract and reports technical feedback to the Business owner.
Act as a focal point between MCs and Corporate Human Resources department SMEs to ensure that proposed plans, during both the planning and implementation phases, are aligned with the Corporate Human Resources direction and technical evaluation.
Prepare monthly performance reports and performance evaluation to the Human Resource Manager and Business owner to show MCs progress and raise any foreseen deviation from plan, issues and risks that will cause deviation to the agreed delivery plans.
Monitor MCs resource utilization and performance vis--vis designated role and write assessment reports to business owners with recommendation.
Conduct interviews for new resources joining the MCs team to ensure relevant experience and scope as needed by the SDP plan.
Evaluate and approve MCs technical deliverables through writing assessment reports and send it to Business owners.
Transformation Programme
Support Organisation Development Programme Manager to ensure external consultants are delivering according to contractual scope and with the desired impact.
Provide technical advice in his/her capacity as an SME through evaluating and providing technical feedback to proposed frameworks and submitted deliverables.
Evaluate external consultant technical proposal and provide feedback to Corporate Human Resources Manager and Programme Owner.
Work closely with external consultants during implementation phase to evaluate performance and raise all technical concerns to Programme Manager and Business owners.

Requirements

The suitable candidate for this role must have several years of Organisational Development Management experience, preferably with consulting background, with broad technical scope covering: Strategy, Talent and Knowledge Transfer, Performance Management, Assessment and Change Management.

Qualifications:
He/she will have to demonstrate the ability to develop a strong understanding of the core business and successfully manage and evaluate the OD plan and designed interventions.
Able to quickly gain understanding of organizations business strategy and priorities and tailor proposed solutions to deliver these results.
Work and communicate successfully with all levels of the organization, with strong leadership and impact.
