The RoleThe RoleOur client is a well established multinational recruitment business in the Middle East and Europe. We are looking for a unique person for this business, who will report directly to the Director and owner of the business. Your main responsibility will be to develop brand new business / clients in the energy, oil & gas, engineering sectors. Once you have the clients on board, you'd pass the relationship to one of the account handlers to manage the vacancies. |
RequirementsRequirementsYour experience to date will be focused on recruitment, client management, business development, ideally in engineering / construction / Oil & Gas sectors. You must have a proven track record of being a top biller and top business developer, will be an experienced Manager and be holding the title of Manager or Director. You must have exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a passion to succeed in a competitive market. Our client would prefer a MALE Western expat due to frequent travel to Saudi. Our client is offering an excellent package which also reflects the level of seniority expected from the candidate - AED 30,000 basic - plus car - plus full accommodation allowance - PLUS an excellent commission structure Our client would prefer candidates to be based in UAE already however they would consider someone relocating from either France or the UK.
