Job description / Role
Located in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam we are looking for Senior Managers to lead the development and growth of "face to face" sales of Savings, Investment and Protection Business.
The successful candidates will be comfortable with achieving market leadership, in a market where penetration is currently amongst the lowest in the world.
They will share our passion to:-
Build and develop the professional careers and earning potential of a focused Consultancy Sales Team.
Ensure that the needs and aspirations of clients come first.
Requirements
The successful candidates will have :-
5 years or more successful sales management experience, ideally in KSA.
A successful track record in leading the development of retail and high net worth "face to face" sales and sales teams.
A strong knowledge of Family Takaful, Investment, Savings or Protection business propositions
A good knowledge of Financial Services Products.
