Employment: Full Time

Summary:

Each country has an HR Manager, the Senior Regional HRBP ensures HR service delivery via these country based individuals.

* Regional remit with responsibility for several countries;
* Lead the development, implementation and standardisation of cost effective HR processes, systems and metrics to support HR Operations and Services;
* Provide inputs in to the creation of KPI's for performance monitoring;
* Assist Head of HR in the department's annual budgeting process;
* Ensure all HR related transactions are attended to in a timely manner;
* Assist in the finalisation of service level agreements;
* Build and maintain strong and effective relationships;
* Support the assigned regional client base by performing a wide range of human resource functions covering recruitment, resourcing, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, employee relations, exit interviews, payroll, HR auditing, learning & development, employment law.

Person specification:

* Banking sector experience is essential;
* Confidentiality & commercial sensitivity is essential;
* University degree preferably specialising in HR;
* 5 years plus HR experience, preferably including Middle East region;
* Good oral and written communication skills in English, French (preferred) and Arabic (preferred);
* Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills;
* Strong negotiation and influencing capability;
* Ability to work with and motivate teams from diverse cultural backgrounds;
* Must be able to follow the procedures whilst also driving forward innovative ways to improve & refine service delivery to customers.
