The RoleThe RoleThe major goal of a consultant is to analyze and suggest ways to improve an organization's strategy, capabilities and overall profits. • Management consultant who provides guidance and expert advice to identify the underlying principles, reasons and facts of information by breaking it down. Hence, allowing analyzing that information and evaluating results to choose the best solution to solve the organization's problems and to achieve the required improvements • Analyzing the environment and identifying the organizational needs (In line with organizational objectives; the consultant will identify the core functions to support key work areas and processes, and he will fully familiarize them with the supervision framework, strategic objectives, and scope of work). • The consultant will develop full business plan including business financial requirements, introducing new products, entering new markets, and an ongoing modernization and restructuring process based on the industry trends & changing market needs. • Assists with the activities of the company products or business line which include automotive, credit cards programs. • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. • To conduct analysis in order to identify customer needs and contribute to future product developments. • To monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition Qualifications • Having an experience in the insurance sector for five years, preferably in 2 different companies |
RequirementsRequirementsLanguages: • Excellent English written spoken. • Other language is an asset.
