Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Marketing of Bank' products and services to Bank's large business entities.
- Negotiating and structuring financing products for business customers.
- Preparing financing proposals as per standards defined by the Bank which includes financial analysis and due diligence.
- Recommend and present all type of facilities to Bank's Management, Committees, Board, etc.
- Ensuring timely completion of documentation and other formalities by Bank' customers.
- Managing a Financing Portfolio which also includes review of limits, monitoring, follow up, recoveries, and customer file maintenance.
- Coordination with other departments for smooth operations of customer's accounts.
- Ensures timely and accurate submission of MIS and follow-up reports and returns for the Management review and reports for regulatory agencies as required.
- Responsible for quality of asset portfolio and follow up for regularization of accounts if any.
- Attends to LRM/Audit replies in accurate and timely manner.
- Handles the customer calls/queries.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

- Must be an Omani National with a driving license.
- A candidate should be a University Graduate with minimum 5 years experience in the related role.
- MBA or any other professional certificate will be an advantage.
- Possessing excellent customer service and analytical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office user.
- Knowledge of Islamic banking products and structures will be an added advantage
- Ability to understand and analyze business financials.
- Understands Oman's Market and currently handling a corporate portfolio.
- Ability to work independently and meet the deadline and targets to the related area
- Possessing good leadership, team work and coaching skills
- Should be self-motivated, initiative, innovative and dynamic
