The RoleThe Role1. Prepares visits schedules and call on clients to maintain relationships; identify marketing prospects and initiates borrowing/ non-borrowing relationships with various private and government sectors based on assigned, corporate targets. Determine customer needs. Enhance relationship and provide competitive services. 2. Negotiates with prospective/ existing customers their banking and credit requirements governing credit facilities and loans services. 3. In addition with the credit analyst, evaluates results of operations and financial situations and conditions of existing clients and prospective customers. Prepares analytical reports. 4. Review, analyzes and prepares credit proposals (in coordination with the credit analyst); recommends appropriate action to Credit Committee. Identifies problem credit/loans and formulate workout strategies. Follow-up repayments and commissions. 5. Responds to customer's enquiries. 6. Cross-sell ANB products being offered by other business units within the bank (Treasury products, Investment, POS, Cash Management and other applicable products). 7. Assist Junior RM's in performing their day to day tasks until required to do so. 8. Attends to any other relevant duties as assigned. |
RequirementsRequirements• Bachelor’s Degree BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Engineering or any other relevant field. • 7 years credit and account management experience. • Ability to spread and analyze financial statements. • Knowledge of basic credit risk assessment. • Knowledge of cash flow analysis and projections. • Ability to solve problems tactfully and offer practical solutions. • Ability to write reports and correspondence and to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of customers, managers and peers. • Familiarity of Banking Procedures and policies. • Organizational, Interpersonal, Communication skills. • Proficient in Arabic and English both spoken and written. • Ability to operate a PC. |
