Client: UAE based Investment Bank

Responsibilities

• Develop an existing book of business consisting of High Net Worth clients focused on MENA. The Banker will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients and new assets from new and existing clients.
• Responsible for sale and implementation of investment, banking and Brokerage products to core clients.
• Manage each account to ensure that the client has a completed profile and that accounts are properly maintained and serviced
• Build trust with clients and effectively manage relationships
• Ensure that the proposed products and services maximize the clients' needs, goals and objectives
• Provide guidance to staff
• The candidate's performance will be measured by objectives using specific financial and client satisfaction objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Experience in Private Banking / wealth management working with High Net Worth individuals and families
Candidate must have experience targeting HNW and UHNW individuals with 1Mil + investable assets.
• Proven track record in prospecting, profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale and asking for referrals
• Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, banking, brokerage concepts including, but not limited to: asset allocation on structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions and identification of wealth planning opportunities
• Strong relationship management and team building skills; views team concept as critical to model

Other Technical Skills, Knowledge or Experience:
• Experience in banking or financial services with a broad understanding and knowledge of financial products & services.
• High level of relationship, sales, risk and business development skills desirable.
• Track record of meeting financial and service targets.
• Track record of developing client relationships.
• Numerate with basic Microsoft Office skills.
