Senior Research Analyst - Consultancy - Dubai

The SRA will work alongside the Head of Research as part of the growing Middle East consulting team.

The SRA will be responsible for generating all market view documents in the Middle East region, as well as editorial duties in relation to external client consulting reports. The SRA will also produce other internal and external reports as required, including thought leadership pieces for media and marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparation of consultancy proposals, client reports, presentations, media articles and quarterly Market Views.
* Sourcing and recording of relevant media, including external reports and publications.
* Assistance in business development initiatives, identifying potential clients, setting-up meetings, and presenting to clients.
* Network building, establishing contacts across the region (brokers, agents, government agencies, developers and other market players) to assist in research gathering.
* Collaborates with internal marketing teams to prepare company brochures and research department marketing materials.
* Preparation of presentation materials for senior executives speaking engagements.
* Supports UAE business executives in regional decision making by providing insight into the impact of market trends.

Requirements

Key Skills/Knowledge:

* Minimum of three year's real estate experience in a research or consulting role
* Demonstrated advanced proficiency in client relationship development.
* Excellent report writing (including feasibility reports) and editorial skills
* An effective and experienced communicator with a high degree of comfort presenting both within and outside the organization, at all levels and across all functions using multiple media.
* Local market experience preferred.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work with limited supervision.
* Fluent in the English language with a multilingual individual favoured.
