Our client is a major multi-disciplinary consultancy which is experiencing a rapid period of growth. Due to several new project awards, our client is looking to recruit a Senior Resident Engineer (with Project Management experience) and a proven track record in infrastructure works to join its team based in Kuwait.

The project is a large scale University Campus established on a built up area of 3.7 million square meters. Our client has been appointed to provide full design and construction supervision of the infrastructure works in the Main Campus area.

The project scope (design and supervision) includes: Earthworks, Roads and Parking, Storm Water Drainage, Sanitary Drainage, Potable Water Supply, Fire Fighting Water Supply, Irrigation, Electrical Supply, ICT, Central Fire Alarm System, Decked Car Parking, Three Central Utilities Plant, District Cooling and Heating Distribution, Building Management Systems & Oasis and Landscape

Requirements

- Degree qualified (or equivalent due to visa restrictions) in Engineering, Construction or relevant related discipline
- Possess a proven track record (20+ years) working in Resident Engineering and Project Management roles specifically within the Infrastructure sector
- Previous exposure working within highly reputable international multi-disciplinary / architecture & engineering consultancies
- Experience working in the Middle East is highly advantageous
- Must have experience using FIDIC
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are a pre-requisite of the role.
