This is a great opportunity to join the Construction Week Qatar Awards Winner of Consultant of the Year 2013 on a major tourist attraction and entertainment project spanning a four year design and build program.

Requirements

As the Senior Resident Engineer on site you shall be responsible for the overall coordination of the entire projects site supervision, contractual and technical team.

Along with previous experience delivering large projects within the GCC for an internationally renowned company, preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

A Career spanning 20 years or more providing planning, leadership, direction and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multi-discipline projects.

A construction management or RE background with experience in managing contractors, reviewing construction progress and conducting final inspections of finished works.

Experience in liaising with consultants and design teams to achieve the highest achievable standards within the contracts.

A professional approach with experience in high level client interaction and effective staff supervision.

A BSc or BEng Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is a requirement for this role as well as Chartered Status or Professional License.

Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be preferred.
