Job description / Role
The maximum package offered is QR45000 lump sum all inclusive and on a single status + medical government health insurance, 21 calendar days annual leave, in addition to one way ticket from point of hire.
SENIOR RESIDENT ENGINEERS
Required Qualification:
BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering
Chartered/ Professional Engineer from a recognised professional body or equivalent
Certified PMP is preferred
GCC Experience is preferred
Consultancy Experience
Required Experience:
Minimum of 20 years experience( we can accept 17 or 18 years depending on the experience and number of projects worked on) on large commercial projects involving infrastructural design, with knowledge of codes, design manuals and construction practices.
Ability to interpret complex contract documents including plans, specifications, shop drawings.
Ability to make decisions and recommendations on significant engineering problems, and review drawings, specifications and installations for constructability.
Demonstrated ability to collect data to brief Client on project issues and provide possible resolutions in addition to reviewing and drafting responses to correspondence.
Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
