Senior Resourcer

Job description / Role

We are on the lookout for a highly experienced Resourcer to join our very busy recruitment team.

Your tasks will vary from candidate identification and selection to setting up and monitoring interviews, conducting candidate registration meetings, and supporting Front Office on various fast-paced recruitment projects and campaigns.

Requirements

The role requires an experienced Recruitment Resourcer with a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry. We require committed professionals with an unshakeable determination to find winning candidates, no matter how difficult the position in question. We require individuals with a genuine desire to work for the company on a long-term basis. We require a specialist resourcer with an unequalled ability to think outside the box. We require a thick-skinned, determined individual who will brush aside set-backs and never waiver from a desire to succeed and move ahead. Fluent English 100% required, both written and spoken. Candidates outside of Dubai need not apply.
