Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To support Retail Clients business in delivery of budgeted Revenue targets by institutionalizing segmentation model/ advanced analytics based portfolio management to manage and grow Retail Clients portfolio, end to end campaign management, and support Product and Segment teams with effective business analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Client segmentation/Advanced Analytics
- Data Mining to identify the right variables for Client segmentation/Relationship management/Cross-sell
- Roll out predictive/segmentation models for Retail Client Business
- Build propensity/segmentation models for effective cross-sell
- Timely and precise implementation of business models for increased revenues and increased client satisfaction
- To ensure profitable customer retention by application of Attrition Gating model
- Client segmentation by Data Clustering
- Cross-sell initiatives roll out based on next best need/client-level profitability scores
- Trend Analysis in Retail Clients book and highlight the risk and opportunities to business
- Focus on Cards, Wealth Management and Deposit growth
- Develop a full suite of marketing triggers for country
- Preparation of monthly Retail Clients Analytics packs and highlight the key trends to management
- Design & implement campaigns to test hypothesis and generate insights
- Analyze and establish early predictors of performance for different channels

Campaign Management
- Accountable for end to end management of campaign: Designing, Execution, Tracking
- Develop and agree with business on financial model for each campaign
- Liaise with business to develop client proposition and execution modalities
- Pre-post tracking of campaign for an agreed period

Control
- Ensure that all processes/practices in the Unit comply with the Banks risk and compliance procedures to minimise security and risk exposure.

Compliance
- Ensure total compliance with laid down norms in terms of compliance risk, credit policy, documentation, operational risk and other Group / Regulatory control standards.

Requirements

- Strong SAS skills in both data manipulation and SAS/STAT
- Aptitude for & understanding Risk management philosophy
- Good knowledge of all CB Banking Products and operations
- Strong IT skills with a keen sense of Technology solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Good inter-personal and negotiation skills
- Ability to act as a change agent to develop improved processes to meet business requirements.
- Ability to be extremely customer-focussed.
- Team player, planner and effective implement
- Advanced Access, and Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task and independently manage projects
- Bachelors/Masters degree in statistics/computer science/information management/data analytics related education or equivalent experience
- More than 5 years experience in Analytics discipline and at least 3 years banking/financial management experience
