Senior Retail Consultant - Supervisor

Working for this global giant as a retail supervisor, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading and inspiring teams of solutions (retail) consultants across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The consultants are one of our clients most valued assets and represent the link between their valued customers and their products.

As a supervisor you will be responsible in growing the business, with this as the case it is crucial to collect and consolidate feedback from the field. This will include sales reports, marketing data, and reporting to the corporate office. You will be required to interact with the top talent in the region who thrive to maintain our clients global reputation.

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in motivating and develop a high performance multicultural team
- Experience in retail sales environment (Fashion included)
- Experience in people management and development
- Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills with an ability to deliver in a matrix environment
- Has demonstrated an ability to deliver on time sensitive projects
- Engaging and confident presentation style
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Excellent command of Arabic and English both written and spoken
- Great with numbers, presentations and producing data/reports/documents
- Fantastic attitude and motivation.
- Has all attributes to be a leader within a team
