Job description / Role
A leading property developer is seeking to recruit an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to work on several malls based in Qatar, You will be responsible for completing the leasing on the Malls and day to day liaison with tenants to ensure all leases etc are correct and in place. You will manage all lease agreements and ensure that the mall is utilised and the optimum mix is in corporated. This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently a retail leasing manager but looking to take the next step in their career.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years experience within retail leasing. You will have worked on shopping malls in the Middle East and be looking for the next step in your career.
You will also be willing to accept a salary package of 35-40k and be based in Qatar.
