Senior Retail Leasing Manager

Job description / Role

A leading international Retail Property Management Consultancy is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Leasing Manager.

You will be responsible for managing the current projects within Saudi Arabia which includes the leasing of several large Shopping Malls.

You will report into the UAE Director so will be expected to work autonomously and be able to make decisions day to day.

You will be involved in the tenant mix, presenting to all retailers, negotiations and the issuing of MOUs.

This is a great opportunity for someone already familiar with the Saudi Retail market who wants to join an international firm that can move their career to the next level

Requirements

The candidate must come from a retail leasing background and have experience of working in the Saudi market.

They must also possess a proven track record in working on malls and be able to demonstrate their ability to work autonomously.

It is highly preferred if the candidate is degree qualified.
