Job description / Role
Senior SAP Applications Analyst – SAP HR & Payroll Core & Service Delivery Modules
1.SAP HCM functional consultant mainly in the HCM core and service delivery modules.
2.Minimum 7 years of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) experience or working in at least 5 full cycle implementations
3.Solid SAP HR core modules functional and hands-on configuration experience in:
a. Personnel Administration
b. Organizational Management
c. Time Management with Clock times
d. Payroll including Off-Cycle payroll
Requirements
Excellent Employee Self Service & Management Self Service and Portal experience
Strong ABAP skills including ABAP reporting
Good understanding and experience with workflow applications and business process automation
Thorough and clear understanding of HR core business processes
Hands-on design and configuration experience in SAP Talent Management modules is an advantage:
a. Performance Management & Appraisals
b. SAP Learning Solution (LSO)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
