The Role: The Senior Sales Associate (Bra Specialist) will be part of a fast-paced store providing excellent customer service experience to all customers, creating a rapport with each customer ensuring a truly unique shopping experience. You will be committed to providing expert bra advice and knowledge to the customer while acting with discretion and integrity at all times. Responsibilities: * Demonstrate comprehensive full product knowledge. * Advise customers on the latest trends. * Maximise every sales opportunity by providing excellent customer service. * Maintain overall brand image through products and store presentation. |
RequirementsRequirements* Minimum of 1 years retail experience with bras and lingerie * Excellent people skills coupled with creativity, energy & enthusiasm. * Bilingual is essential (Arabic and English) * Ability to achieve targets even if put under pressure |
