Job description / Role
We are looking to recruit highly motivated, passionate, and ambitious senior sales professionals for a leading luxury fashion brand. This is an exciting opportunity for retail sales professionals to develop their career in the luxury retail market. You will use extensive product knowledge to provide an excellent shopping experience and create a return clientele base. Some of your responsibilities will be to manage the visual merchandising in the store and the stock room effectively. We will provide you with product/sales training as well as develop your fashion know-how on the latest trends.
Main Responsibilities:
- Acquire product knowledge to create product awareness, monitor inventory, and stock availability.
- Assist manager in running day-to-day operations.
- Attend to, and greet customers and monitor inventory activity.
- Boost sales, achieve sales target.
- Ability to learn and apply visual merchandising techniques.
- Organize and maintain stock rooms efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in luxury brands an advantage.
- Be passionate about fashion & style.
- Have the ability to develop customer relationships and networking.
- Ability to learn and maintain high-end customer service.
- Have a minimum of high school level education.
- Candidate must be a local resident.
- High level of English communication.
- Develop product and brand knowledge.
- Punctual, presentable, and well-groomed.
