The stores will include the Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids. A SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATE is someone who works to demonstrate & recommend products to optimize sales while offering excellent customer service, also a team member who supports management at all times whilst acting in accordance to Company Policies & Procedures. • Ensure sales and key service areas are clean, presentable, fully stocked & compliant to Brand/Company Policies & Procedures • Seek and maintatain product knowledge & assist in the coaching of new & exitsing colleagues • Deliver customer care & service that is consistent with the brand standards • Actively participate in product launches and marketing events in order to develop customer relationships • Responsible for all administration and document completion • Responsible for actively seeking ways to maximize sales & achieve targets at every opportunity. |
RequirementsRequirements• Retail experience or a service oriented background preferable. • General good level of education - literate and numerate • Must be able to communicate in English. Arabic is an advantage. • Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for positive, upbeat communication and a desire to sell • Motivated and energetic. • Willing to work in a multinational environment • Flexible, and able to work under pressure • Minimum 2 years experience is desirable |
