Job description / Role
The Senior Sales Attendant will oversee the shop operations ranging from supervising staff, merchandising and directing day to day activities. He / she will be involved in planning the buying and ensuring proper item display, shop cleanliness and stock accuracy. Furthermore, a Senior Sales Attendant should be proficient in operating the system and maintaining an active customer database to achieve set targets and secure continuous added value at all times.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work and collaborate with the Store / Shop Manager to oversee day to day operations of the shop
- Attend, greet and provide excellent customer service by developing and building a warm and professional relation with the customer
- Seek to establish a long term relationship with customers to provide personalized services and retain prospective clientele
- Boost sales and achieve objectives and sales targets
- Verify stock level at the beginning and end of each shift
- Supervise shop staff and provide input to Store / Shop Manager
- Acquire product knowledge to create product awareness to the customer and monitor inventory and stock availability.
Reporting to: Shop Manager
Requirements
- Previous experience in Retail with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Ability to deliver high-end customer service; experience in Luxury brands would be a great plus
- Influential attitude, leadership skills and a good example to follow
- Presentable and has luxury flair
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong communicator in both Arabic and English
- Candidate must be residing currently in Kuwait
