Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The purpose of this role is to be the key contact point for MEOs dealers in achieving:
- Total vehicle sales objectives
- Planned production volume and efficient stock
management
- Customer Satisfaction (PDSS)
- Flawless launches at dealer level
- Focus on growing passenger car
- Effective use of Coop Planner funds
- Dealer retail standard targets
- Dealer training objectives
- Lead management
- Accessories targets

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead dealers to complete GM MEO Business Plan with focused and targeted action items and plans to achieve Wholesale, Retail, Fleet, CPOV, PDSS TOP BOX, Training Certification objectives.
- Actively participate in BP reviews on quarterly basis and review action items and plans on a monthly basis.
- Counsel with dealers on the overall performance of dealer sales department, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle sales objectives
- Planned production volume
- Efficient stock management
- Customer Satisfaction (PDSS)
- Dealer profitability
- Focus on growing passenger car
- Effective use of Coop Planner funds
- Organizational structure
- General sales territory management
- Consultative selling process
- Product and customer focus training
- Demo Program
- Showroom controls
- Vehicle Delivery Process
- Vehicle and accessory display
- General sales territory management
- Appropriate use of POS funds and materials

- Maintain, update, and obtain dealer buy-off and agreement on sales and production forecasts (SSOR - Sales Stock Order Report).
- Set Volume Discussion meetings w/ dealers to finalize and agree on future CY sales and production volume targets utilizing the SSOR tool.
- Communicate monthly dealer specific carline sales targets, and continuously track performance in line with pre-determined and set objectives.
- Ensure flawless launches at dealer level.
- Effective use of Coop & GSA Planner Management and coordinate with dealers Campaign/Launch activities
- Monthly Marketing Meetings and Campaigns: ensure active participation and execution of
campaigns, complemented by BTL activities
- Plan Run-out of prior model year inventory
- Ensure each dealer orders enough units to ensure sufficient inventory at launch
- Maintain close cross-departmental integration to ensure support for key overall initiatives and objectives.
- Prepare accurate Financial Support Requests for funding of dealer tactical and liquidation programs and initiatives.
- Submit, on time, accurate and detailed dealer contact report after every dealer visit (one contact report per dealer visit).
Support RND on new facility, expansion requests/DSSA issues (Cross-border selling/renewal/ documentation)

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience:
Automotive product knowledge
Business Management knowledge

Education:
College degree preferably in business
Five to Seven years of professional experience in
automotive sales/consulting experience

Skills:
Written and oral skills in English and Arabic
Interpersonal skills required for internal and external relationships
Analytical skills to be able to interpret data
Problem solving skills to identify and resolve problems
Very good project management skills to manage own projects and tasks
