Title: Senior Sales Director
Location: Dubai
Salary: Up to 50,000 AED + High Commission
One of the most successful property developers in the world are in need of an experienced and professional Senior Sales Director to lead and take the company to new heights.
My client is a multi award winning company who has expanded all over the Middle East and North Africa.
At the moment they have over 50 projects currently underway over the Middle East and are expanding rapidly.
You will be managing sales teams of ten or more. You will be training, motivating and making sure everyone exceeds their targets and bring in as much business as possible.
Requirements
The candidate my clients is looking for must come from a Real estate, Timeshare, Vacation Ownership, Life Insurance or High-end Automotive background.
You must of had managed teams of ten people or more and should have exposure to handling HNI customers.
