Senior Sales Engineer - MEP Maintenance - AF Engineering

Job responsibilities for this role includes:
* Provide major input in tendering and job estimation activities
* Estimate and submit quotation and tenders for large sized buildings for A/C or MEP maintenance's
* Follow-up for invoicing and collections of service contracts
* Scout and develop new annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
* Ensure the retention of contracts with repeat orders from existing clients
* Liaise withthe main contractor and MEP coordinator for activity clearances
* Generate continuous and constant business opportunity
* Plan, monitor, and coordinate mechanical/engineering/plumbing (MEP) activities for projects working jointly with consultants and clients

Requirements

* Must have a Bachelors in Engineering or Electronics
* 5- 7 years in costing, estimation andbudgeting of large sizes of Facilities Management Tenders.
* Minimum 5 years of working experience in the similar position in UAE
* Costing, estimation and budgeting of large sizes of Facilities Management Tenders.
* Computer skills
* UAE license
