Pre Cast Solutions Company
Location: Western Region of Saudi Arabia

Established in 2006, our client’s firm supplies total precast solutions to the real estate and construction sectors with a focus on the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. Service provision ranges from design to manufacture, supply and erection. An annual production capacity of 1,000,000 m2 of hollow core slabs and 45,000 m3 of other elements; this firm employs over 300+ staff. Our client now seeks an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to market and sell their precast products. This organization enjoys state of the art production facilities and it’s products comprise; wall panels, beams, columns, staircases, minorets, domes, foundations, boundary walls, girders, barriers and decorative.
The proven performer we seek will be responsible for marketing and sales of the precast products including:
• Sourcing of opportunities, business development, pricing (with estimators) and presentation of proposals to the development, architecture, interior design, building contractor and other specification markets.
• Plan sales visits and marketing methods.
• Prepare quotes, designs, proposals, and submittals depending on the type of project/client.
• Preparation & follow up of quotes with clients.
• Ongoing liaison with the production team for any adjustment to orders by customers.
• Provide customers with full information about the status and delivery of their orders.
• Collate marketing information on market conditions, competitive analysis and report on marketing and sales forecasts.
• Assisting in the preparation of tender document, technical proposal and miscellaneous paper works in conjunction with the technical teams.
• Meets with clients and promotes the company’s products and services.
Requirements
The attributes we seek for this successful candidate include:
• Ideally a Degree in commerce, marketing or comparable is desirable but not essential.
• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in the precast industry is required.
• Proven abilities to source and win work, with a focus on Saudi Arabia and wider GCC markets.
• Exceptional communicator, with strong commercial acumen and will ideally have excellent networks across the precast industry.
• The ability to work across various levels of management and within a multi-cultural environment is essential.
• A good command of English (written and verbal) is necessary with Arabic skills being highly regarded.
