Senior Sales Engineer - Qatar

Inspire Selection are working on behalf of a major Security Solutions organisation expanding their operations in the Middle East. Due to this expansion, they have an urgent opening for a professional Senior Sales Engineer to develop and leverage current relationships in Qatar.

Reporting to the General Manager, the purpose of this role is to develop the local Qatar market and be responsible for enhancing local sales performance and implementing sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will create and a have strong understanding of security system integrators in Qatar, be a strategic distributor of the clients security systems and maintain the relation with the existing customers.

The Sales Engineer should also provide steady flow of support in the form of weekly business reports, as well as updates on current events and competition within the given territory.
- Acts as company representative and liaison to customers and local authorities for Integrated Security Systems in order to understand and capitalize on local market opportunities, foster successful relationships and create positive image
- Formulate sales strategies within the given target region
- Presenting to clients and senior level decision makers with a view to matching the service to client needs
- Coach and Mentor partners and employees to increase selling effectiveness and achieve company objectives, including Presentation Skills and long range planning
- Supports the development and leads implementation of Business Target Agreements at the territory level including sales order intake forecast, annual budget
- Within the Integrated Security Systems market, track competitor activities, client needs products, systems, prices, reports and recommends changes and improvements to management when appropriate

Requirements

- Must speak fluently in Arabic as a first language
- Will have an in depth knowledge of Security Solutions including Automation and CCTV
- Educated to degree level from a recognised University
- Excellent knowledge of the local market and competitors within the given region
- Must be able to present to decision makers
- Excellent sales experience with the ability to effectively negotiate deals
